ROLE:
The development manager's principal responsibility is to deliver the projects and implement enterprise architectures across a line of business and enterprise system. This position requires the management of developers in several US locations and oversea Development managers must work with project manages to deliver projects within budget and time limitations, in accordance with technical specifications, and when specified, in fulfillment of profit objectives. Delegated responsibility ranges at the low end from the rather limited influence of a development project expeditor up to the highly centralized, almost autocratic control of development manager. Though responsibilities vary, usually they include:

REQUIRED:
· Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field
·10 or more years experience in application design and development, with experience in Portfolio Accounting / Reporting
·Experience with working on large initiatives
·Knowledge of securities industry and / or related financial services experience

DESIRED:
· Experience with MS SQL/ J2EE architecture and application development
· Experience with web application development
· Extensive working knowledge in the following technology: object-oriented, XML, Java,
·Object oriented development on Enterprise management system
