Opportunity
We are seeking talented, enthusiastic Senior Web Developers to design, develop, and support our innovative SaaS-based collaboration platform. This position requires a balance of knowledge, ingenuity and the ability to solve problems outside of the candidate’s core area of expertise. Researching, troubleshooting and prototyping are key tools required for success.

Responsibilities
* Design, prototype, and develop RollStream solutions using Ruby on Rails
* Build intuitive and easy-to-use Web-based user interfaces
* Work in a fast-paced, agile team to increase our market leadership by rapidly delivering new capabilities to our customers
* Research and suggest implementation of new technologies
* Advise and educate other members of the development team to make the entire team better

Requirements
* Strong Web user interface development experience including expertise in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Experience building Web-based applications
* Delivery of commercial and/or public-facing Web application is desirable
* Prior experience with Ruby or other dynamic languages preferred
* Excellent creative skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* 5+ years professional engineering experience
