Job Duties:
Gather requirements and perform gap analysis
Write functional specifications
Train users
Trouble-shoot and manage change
Assist customer with data migration
Provide excellent customer interface skills

Position Requirements:

Strong manufacturing, production and supply chain background
Dynamics AX or Axapta knowledge
Experience writing functional specs
Experience testing and trouble-shooting from a functional perspective
Excellent customer-facing skills
