Large online advertising software development firm is seeking a QA Manager to help develop and enhance their QA processes which includes QA strategy, test plans, and test procedures as well as mentor and manage a team of QA Analysts who work with business analysts and developers. Duties will include:

-Interact with product designers and developer to gain understanding of the products
-Architect both manual and automated testing strategy in accordance with the product's timeline and strategic goals.
-Establish test policy, procedures and data preparation as well as test metrics.
-Develop test plans and prioritize testing efforts across the QA group
-Recommends quality improvements or changes to senior management
-Explore, recommend and implement various testing tools
-Manage personal and team resources to meet multiple project deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

-5+ years of management experience in a software QA environment
-Experience working with client/server and browser-based applications
-Programming or business system analyst experiences preferred
-Hands on experience in working directly and coordinating plans with software development, business analyst, and supporting areas
-Familiar with both black and gray box testings
-Experience with testing tools and approaches, manual and automated regression testing
-Ability to estimate, plan, and execute testing cycles
-Experience directing and/or executing manual or automated testing
-Defect Trending and Triage experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Bachelor degree in CS or equivalent
